Cleveland Daimler Trucking plant wouldn't need to hire out of the county if they stop firing people for senseless reasons. If they treat everyone the same and give the same punishment to new hires as members of the plant that's been there for years. Freightliner is a wonderful place to work but they have a union that don't have much power in helping keep new hires from being terminated.
