Compared to the other providers we have used in the past, Dailyrazor has been far and above the best in every area. While building our new website, the customer service has been prompt and straightforward and the actual services are well documented and logical to our needs. Will gladly recommend them to anyone… except our competitors.

Comb through the contract with a fine tooth comb... if you run into one of their policies you are SOL. paid for service for a year, used it sparingly and then when I noticed my bank statement the following year I requested cancellation and reimbursement. A reasonable person would assume that a company "dedicated to customer service" would have no problem with this..... turns out that is trash. Really terrible. I've been with them for years. Last two years, competence went all to hell. Every other month there is a new issue. The worst was when they upgraded their servers.I wondered why my site visitors fell off a cliff. Finally figure out that they had blocked all bots as a security measure -- , including Googlebot,! Once I informed them, it took another 2 weeks for them to correct it. I lost 80% of my Adsense revenue. Functionality continually disappears. PHP and CFM will suddenly quit working because they don't s... read more
