This is the worst rental company I have ever worked with. The managers attitude was terrible. These cars look like literal rentals from your neighborhood crackhead. She was rude when I asked her to start the car so I could make sure it started. They had low tires. Cracks on the rims. The car felt unsafe driving it and when I mentioned to them about bringing it back and getting a refund for the other days they said they are not required to refund me and they would think about it. Car rental service was great ,they have an awsome selection of vehicles easy & very quick process! I didn't have any problems or issues , DFR is my go to and also very affordable :)
I have been renting from daily frequency for 6 months or more . They have been amazing .reasonable pricing . They are very caring and intentive to my needs. . Maintenance is done on a regular basis. I would not use another agency. They are stuck with me 😂
I’m leaving this review so other people understand what they may be dealing with before renting here. My experience with Daily Frequency Rentals ended up being far more stressful than it should have been for a customer simply trying to rent a vehicle and make payments responsibly. Throughout the rental, which was almost 2 months, I did my best to communicate and stay on top of payments, which I was until the last day, With a few late payments which were paid within hours along with their $50 late fee. TOP TIER SERVICE!!! 💯👌🤩 A little while back (2026) my family vehicle took a poop and after many places and different calls I found DFR. I was kot in a position to make a deposit and a hold and this and that, and they saved my life. SERIOUSLY.
