We have been renting from this company since April 2026 paying weekly $500 on time. Today is July 2, 2026 and for this past week we been making daily payments of $97. We paid once late and was charged a $50 late fee. Everyday this week we have been making daily payments and was told we had a past due balance of $40 which they said put the car in repossession status. Car rental service was great ,they have an awsome selection of vehicles easy & very quick process! I didn't have any problems or issues , DFR is my go to and also very affordable :)

I have been renting from daily frequency for 6 months or more . They have been amazing .reasonable pricing . They are very caring and intentive to my needs. . Maintenance is done on a regular basis. I would not use another agency. They are stuck with me 😂

I’m leaving this review so other people understand what they may be dealing with before renting here. My experience with Daily Frequency Rentals ended up being far more stressful than it should have been for a customer simply trying to rent a vehicle and make payments responsibly. Throughout the rental, which was almost 2 months, I did my best to communicate and stay on top of payments, which I was until the last day, With a few late payments which were paid within hours along with their $50 late fee. Great staff and reasonable prices. Easy process. As long as you have a license and proof of insurance you are good to go. You can even use cash. No credit card required, just have a debit card on file. You can set the reservation online or over the phone. Used them twice. The cars aren't the most fancy or the newest bit they get you where you need to go. Definitely would recommend to family and friends and I will definitely use them again.
