This is the way Haul Bikes delivered my 1993 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail with a bent floor board, loose toe/heal shifter, and leaking primary but have stopped responding to my emails after they offered $250 to repair the bent floorboard but claim no responsibility for the rest.
