They needed a new hire so I walked up there early in the morning and I was a couple minutes late. I told the lady I’m there for paperwork she took me to the side told me she’s taking back her coworkers offer knowing that I just had to take my fiancé to an emergency surgery and I’m the only one taking care of a baby and her. I have been coming here since they opened but today will be my last visit and walked away for probably $100+ cart of merchandise. Today we had errands to run and we have to bring are 18 month old and 3 year old. Unfortunately I am forced to give 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I have been shopping here for years, and today I was treated so horribly by one of the managers that i will never come back. It is not okay to yell at a customer for any reason, especially if they aren't doing anything wrong. The female manager on staff today should not be in customer service.
