Brian Dailey was hired to help my husband after a car accident. Communication was decent up until a settlement was agreed upon. The settlement check was sent to Mr. Dailey personally. He took his 30% and also deposited my husband's remaining two-thirds into his own account and promised he would transfer the funds directly to my husband or send a check.
