Terrible experience with this shop Daikin Proshop at Sengkang, poor service, poor staff attitude. 1) Proshop staff and surveyor who came to my house both said it is possible to route drainpipe for one of my rooms via a shorter route along door frame, however the workers who came for installation said it is not possible as the casing would protrude out. the workers did not have the drain casing to show me. this was very different from what Proshop staff promised me that it is viable and surveyor will come along with the worke... read more

I first engaged the services of Poh Meng Engineering (Compass One Store) about a year ago for the replacement of my Master Bedroom’s single unit air conditioner. Was happy with their professionalism and efficiency. This time, I went back to them for the installation of two sets of System 2 including new piping.
