Diac Law Won my case!?. I had bought a used car. I paid a large downpayment plus a payment, The car broke down the first month. I paid more than what the car was worth, and the repair was going to be 3,000$. So I let the car stay at the shop and stopped paying for it a 2011 Kia Soul manual transmission with 65,000$ on it The used car lot sued me for 20,000$ .
