One star is appropriate, I would love to give 10 due to an exceptional live in caregiver. I would not recommend this facility due to the Manager/Owner, though. The Manager is unprofessional and incompetent to properly care for the residents. The lack of knowledge for this type of business and unprofessional management prompts 0 stars. When the owner is on duty, the residents are not as happy and left unattended.
