It was good until it wasn’t both Ted and Erin I’ve noticed will shake your hand with one hand and stab you in the back with the when the cameras are off and no one is looking they are different people the terminal is almost two hours from the nearest car rental and airport so you’re pretty much at their mercy I remember one time Erin was quick too make me feel like I was easily replaceable it really was a toxic experience and both Erin and Ted would tell me countless times how there’s not a whole lot in between my ears I was... read more
I just started here a few weeks ago and I love it! Best decision I've made. The truck drivers are lovely and respectful. The staff up and down stairs are all amazing. I honestly feel like I'm joining a big family.
Ted, Aaron and his team don't just treat you like another driver, if you are respectful to the team here, they will be respectful to you and understand your needs.
