My issue is the latest on-again, off-again sales in your Manhattan stores. All meat, poultry and fish is always packaged in small amounts. I'm sure the reason is because in Manhattan a vast majority of households are quite small. One and two member households are the norm. ....Thus a package of 7-8 pork chops for example would not sell as they would in suburbs or areas where households contain children and elders and large packages are convenient.
