Unprofessional and unresponsive I am very disappointed in my experience with this law firm. My calls and messages regarding my case have been repeatedly ignored, and I have been sent to voicemail almost every time I’ve reached out. The only person I have spoken with is someone named Bertha, who I believe is just an assistant and not an actual attorney.
