Mr Frank at Walmart Branch was very Professional from the beginning of my account being closed due to someone trying to go into my Online Banking account He was very Patience and understanding and showed me Compass.. He really solved my problem. Mr Frank deserves Ten stars instead of 5 He is truly a keeper for this institution Ms Karen Knight
Mr Buckner at Walmart location 3311 in Miami Gardens is always greeting me every time I am in the store. His is always out at the entrance of the bank greeting people, I have seen him ask customer if they are a member of the credit union. I think his customer service skills are impeccable. And I think that he deserved the score that I gave him today and every day thank you.
