The staff is friendly and very attentive. The problem with this credit union are the policies are inconsistent with normal practices. We opened two joint accounts, two together with mom so she will have access to my account in the event she needs funds and vice versa. Well, by either idiocy or policy or both, my mother could not access my account and neither could I access her account when she or I was away. CU kept asking who is the primary?
