Completely unresponsive with time sensitive issues, I wish I would’ve never wasted my time going to Don. Impossible to try to get him to reply in a timely matter, please look elsewhere if you need your taxes done on time….
Daddy Don seems absent minded and the fact that he used the incorrect SSN the first year we hired him made me really question his state of mind. The second time we hired him was unfortunate because he failed to file our taxes by April 15th and got defensive when we confronted him to provide us the e-file receipt. Clearly he had not filed on time and then suddenly remembered that “he had mailed our tax so we waited months but it turned out that the IRS had no record of our returns. Great compidint service. Used to be a good deal, now price is ridiculous. From $150 to $350 for a simple return.
Don falsley filed over $1500 of expenses as income on my 1099s from multiple employers that use him. When brought to his attention, he told me to "write it off", and then ignored me as I continued to ask him to fix it. Both the employers and I asked him to correct them to no avail. Don is running a fraudulent business and I will be reporting him to the IRS this year as I had to pay extra on my taxes because of his refusal to correct his mistake.
