Had an oddball issue with a new card that should've been easy to fix. Anna wasn't able to assist due to their system, but she took every measure possible to resolve my issue. Nice change in service from my experiences in the past.
We've been with Dacotah Bank for 6 months now and are extremely happy. With their savings plan, we receive a monthly payment that is many times larger than our previous bank. We also switched all of our insurance coverage to them and reduced our premiums by nearly $800 / year. Highly recommend them....

OK so I'm at the A T M and it would not give it back so then I drop wallet get out to pick it up and it Takes my money back 195 buck they told me tuff luck call your car holder so I do they say the ATM Bank should have fixed it mean time I'm on fixed income and they was every dime I had I'll Probley never see my cash again this Bank Robes People do not go there Horrible..... P.S THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY YOU MUST HAVE NEEDED IT MORE THAN ME...
