Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the level of customer service and support I received from a specific individual employed by this bank in the Brookings, SD location. The experience was bad enough that I will most definitely avoid doing business with any place they are employed. I will be moving 100% of my business to another bank for sure.
I've been a member of this bank since 2009 so I can speak with great authority on how awful it is from day one until today, when I finally closed my account. I have only kept it open this long so I would have a brick and mortar local bank if I needed one. I stopped using it as my primary a few years ago and use Navy Federal, USAA, and Capital One instead.
