My senior father had an unauthorized charge from a deceptive company and we called to report it. The reps were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They said we would have to submit documentation for them to research the matter and it would cost him a $30 fee (nearly as much as the contested charge). He also had to cancel his card which was an additional $10 fee. Don't bank here unless you want to be treated like a number rather than a loyal customer.

I have gone through Dacotah Bank for over 12 years for auto loans and had never been late on a payment in my life.I was trying to keep my business with them, but was met by a very rude loan officer who was very short with me and and did not want to work with me at all, she denied me on the spot for a loan I was more then capable of doing.I am very saddened as a long time customer of Dacotah bank but thankful I have taken my business elsewhere, to get a new pickup for my family.
