Solid company, well organized and processes are impecable.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from any company I have ever dealt with. No responses, and can not tell me where my cargo is, even though it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. They claim the are logistics intelligence. They have none. Have spoken to 5 different people at Dachser and no one can tell me where my cargo is. I am willing to drive to Dallas to pick it up, from New Orleans, and I can not find our a location.
