Use a different firm of lawyers. How can you be represented when the barrister doesn't speak to you prior to the trial? When she fails to make important points to the judge. When you receive no instruction as to what will happen on your court date. When you haven't received The Bundle that you didn't know you needed. And you don't recieved an apology for extremely poor representation when you complain.
The solicitor we had was just the worst we have come across. Ms Brownlow was horrible and unprofessional. We could never get the through or our calls were returned days later.
A poor service. The solicitor Naomi was just incompetent and rude majority of the time we spoke with her. Do not waste your money on this firm.
