This place is a true gem for anyone looking for unique and special finds. The owner is a lovely, welcoming woman with a great eye and wonderful taste, and some of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the customer service can be inconsistent. There are also staff members who come across as quite cold, unwelcoming, and at times even a little condescending. I used to shop here long before I ever imagined I’d be working with this team — and honestly, it was always my wonderland! The products are beautiful, the quality is consistently great, and there’s a level of care and attention that’s hard to find. One star. Beyond the overpriced and underwhelming collection, the service was defined by an ultra-cold attitude, arrogance, and outright snubs. This snobbish demeanor seems tailored for a clientele of 'new money' show-offs—a perfect match for those who equate price tags with class.
