Been going to this optometrist for a long time, not any more. My new glasses came but were very blurry, so I was retested and was told they were ‘very off’ and they were sent away again. I went back yesterday to collect the redone glasses and they were still blurry- I could have cried, but what upset me most was the receptionist telling me- after she had consulted with the optometrist- that “as we get older it’s to be expected “ I’m 56- and I wasn’t holding my head in the correct position for the glasses to work and maybe my... read more
John is an excellent optometrist! My daughter and I had an appointment with him today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, incredibly patient, and great with kids. Absolutely blown away by the wonderful service provided by the gorgeous ladies at this store. I had glasses frames that I had purchased from another store, but didn’t like the lenses that I got. (I had tried to go back to that store to get what I wanted, but they couldn’t help) When I came to see these ladies and described what I was looking for they understood and were able to help.
