Went to Da Rin for contact lenses after suffering a horrible experience with Specsavers. First optometrist Claire was amazing, friendly, professional, explained everything in simple terms. Went back to pick up a set of trial contacts and Shehan was the optometrist this appointment. A 10/15 minute consultation to pick up the trial set cost $170 which is totally ridiculous considering how many sets I could purchase for that price. Great service and reasonable pricing. After attending another provider for many years and constantly having issues with my glasses, attending this clinic was a breath of fresh air. Claire the Optometrist was great and the reception staff very accommodating and friendly
Been going to this optometrist for a long time, not any more. My new glasses came but were very blurry, so I was retested and was told they were ‘very off’ and they were sent away again. I went back yesterday to collect the redone glasses and they were still blurry- I could have cried, but what upset me most was the receptionist telling me- after she had consulted with the optometrist- that “as we get older it’s to be expected “ I’m 56- and I wasn’t holding my head in the correct position for the glasses to work and maybe my... read more
John is an excellent optometrist! My daughter and I had an appointment with him today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, incredibly patient, and great with kids. John took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very honest in his recommendations. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-quality care. Thanks again, John!
