John was so helpful, I called concerned about my 9 year olds eye injury and he stayed back to take me through recommendations and alleviated concerns I had (and saved me a trip to hospital!) Thankyou to his colleague who answered after hours and was happy to help in any way. A lovely team.
Went to Da Rin for contact lenses after suffering a horrible experience with Specsavers. First optometrist Claire was amazing, friendly, professional, explained everything in simple terms. Went back to pick up a set of trial contacts and Shehan was the optometrist this appointment. A 10/15 minute consultation to pick up the trial set cost $170 which is totally ridiculous considering how many sets I could purchase for that price. Great service and reasonable pricing. After attending another provider for many years and constantly having issues with my glasses, attending this clinic was a breath of fresh air. Claire the Optometrist was great and the reception staff very accommodating and friendly
Been going to this optometrist for a long time, not any more. My new glasses came but were very blurry, so I was retested and was told they were ‘very off’ and they were sent away again. I went back yesterday to collect the redone glasses and they were still blurry- I could have cried, but what upset me most was the receptionist telling me- after she had consulted with the optometrist- that “as we get older it’s to be expected “ I’m 56- and I wasn’t holding my head in the correct position for the glasses to work and maybe my... read more
John is an excellent optometrist! My daughter and I had an appointment with him today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, incredibly patient, and great with kids.
