My 8 yo daughter liked it and as parents thought it was a nice facility with good coaching. However, they closed without warning and no information as to if or when they might reopen.
My son works out here, he likes it
D1 coaches and space are amazing. Admin people/Claire are always available to help and responsive. Lessons are challenging and results are quick. I’ve joined couple months ago to be prepared for a national volleyball event. I’ve never felt so strong and prepared considering the short amount of time I had. I believe D1 is the best place for athletes/non athletes that want to see results quicker, to gain and maintain muscle strength/fit. Thanks for everything!
My son has been coming here for a few years now and has hit 250 plus sessions. He is 14 and works out with the group 15-18. My son can see his progress and get excited to work out. His strength is increasing dramatically and has become one of the faster kids on his football and basketball team. His body has literally morphed into a young, fit man. This training has been key to his success and most importantly, HE wants to come here.
This is the first gym of this style I’ve been apart of, they listen to us, care for us, and show interest in our goals! Marquese and Laura’s workouts are great and they know how to push you harder! All of the coaches took time and interest in getting to know me and caring about my success!
