Jonathan provided my sister great service for her incorporation. He asked every question and made sure she understood her responsibilities. They are very ethical and provided a lot of value and expertise. It is great to have a firm that has your back. Jonathan offered one year of free advisement if you incorporate. Nhung handles all questions after the initial meeting with Jonathan. They answer questions quickly and cares about their customers.
I had my tax filed here in 2015 and was audited, hence, had to pay back for my "contributions" that I was not aware of being inputted in my taxes. When I called to resolve the issue and seek for help, they blamed it on me, insisting that I had reported such information. I never did. I was rushed through the process and was done within 15 minutes. This place is horrible, I have been doing my taxes here for the last 5 years and its gotten worse every year, they over charge you and don't get the job done. I seem to lose more money every year with them and owe more money. This is the last time I use this place. On top of costing me an arm and leg to file my taxes- They told me one amount for what I owed the state - then when I go to pay online it is 160.00 more. WTF? They are worse than used car sales people.
Unprofessional, unorganized, and a waste of time....unless you are Vietnamese. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of doubt so avoid these "pros" unless you know one of them.
The wait is ridiculous. mr dttton johnathan comes to work whenever he wants and leaves customers wait for hours and hours. They let other people cut in front of us too!!! I wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for nothing!!!!!!!!!! F
The below letter was sent to the owner of DT Ton & Associates. Immediately he responded with a nasty email as to validate how extremely unprofessional he is!! Dear Mr. Ton, Had we done diligent research and talked to friends about your company and its service, we would not have wasted your valuable time! been going here D T Ton & Associates for a couple of yrs. suddenly i was charge a directed deposit fee. later, i found out that they are not allowed to do that. GREEDY!!! they are taking advantage of people that don't know any better...i remember thinking what the hell..wasnt charge before and now suddenly theres a charge for it. I just said fine so I can get the hell out of there. wont be coming back this yr.
No quote was given. I was told when taxes were complete the charge was $650.00. I was shocked. I have never paid this amount. Someone needs to investigate this company and get the unreasonable charges back to the people that were overcharged. Horrible and dirty tax place.
