Called D&T for a repair to my father's stairlift. David offered free advice over the phone to see if he could sort the problem and save my father money. Problem needed an engineer and he came exactly when he said he would and completed the repair within the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable and a completely professional service. Would highly recommend.

Mother due out of hospital was at hers house to check all ok when stair lift refused to work - called David of D&T on a Sunday apologised in a message asking for a next day response.? He called straight back and talked me through a simple on the spot fix - all now working correctly - Thank you for such service we are very grateful to you for helping out.

Dave got my stairlift working for me about 2 years ago, and all working fine until last weekend when my inquisitive great grandson decided to have a play on it, and after he left I found a fault displayed on it. My son phoned Dave foe some advice, and within 10 minutes he came back to my son and talked him through resetting the lift. Excellent service. Thank you so much Dave! Highly recommended

As a family we have no reservations in giving this company a genuine 5 star rating. We have been reliant on D and T mobility for quite some years.My mother’s stairlift was installed under a lease arrangement by the company which has worked well for us.Dave has always been ready and willing to respond quickly and efficiently to call outs.On occasions my mother’s call to D and T was based on confusion and there being nothing wrong with the lift. Dave recognised this as potential problem with an ageing person and never complain... read more
