RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I totally agree with the last two reviews! D & T used to be a reputable company years ago, now however... After giving Ted Tansacha a deposit for new equipment, he did install an amplifier and power supply. However, he ordered the wrong projector TV. The next one he claims to have ordered was again the wrong unit. After several more weeks of delays, things really went downhill. Ted kept stringing me along texting "the projector was in his hand". WARNING!! Do not be fooled here by all of the great reviews. Notice all of the reviews were from last year and many are other contractors DT works with. The last 2 names can be looked up on Google and you will see they even have criminal records. Ted, the owner of this company has been totally unreliable, never shows up for appointments, doesn't return calls, and they will not follow up for issues I have had. Once he gets his money good luck with ever getting them to come back. This has been my experience, buyer beware.
Best tv selections and cameras in town. Hooked my house up in 3 days and I can track all the system through my phone. Pretty amazing. Thanks
