Very professional, very nice, and very helpful. As a girl the though is always in the back of my mind that a mechanic might be taking advantage of the fact that I don't know much about cars, but I did not feel this way with D&S. The owner was very nice and explained everything to me and showed me the problem. The labor rates are the same if not less then most places in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
