So helpful. I needed air in tires for a running stroller and I didn’t know where to go so I came here and he was so pleasant, so friendly, so willing to helps Even told me things to look out for for safety and to check the air regularly in these tires. He could’ve just filled the tires and sent me on my way, but he gave me bits of his knowledge and I really appreciated that .
Britney and Dan were awesome, they had us come in after hours and fixed our E-bike in a half an hour. Would highly recommend them.
After having issues with the 3 piece cranks on my e-bike, I looked online to find a bike shop close and was lucky enough to find these guys. Even though they don't work on e-bikes they went above and beyond to help. They were both very nice, very informative and helpful. D & S Bicycle Shop can be accessed through the front of the store, BUT when you're riding on the Pinellas Trail, the repair shop area can be accessed right off the trail. AND that's a God-send! Yesterday, my husband and I biked from St. Pete to Walsingham Park only to get a flat tire in the park. It was a long walk from the park to the bike shop, but the older gentleman was extremely knowledgeable. He said the flat was due to several sand spurs poking into the inner tube.
