If you want a fraud for a tax guy this is him. Shortly after having Dan Montalvo file my taxes I started receiving letters from the IRS. One of them stating that the deadline was approaching and they had intent to levy my business belongings. I called the IRS immediately and paid the money they were asking for then I called this supposed professional. Not sure who this is but they keep calling even though I ask them to stop. Called me at three in the morning as well. What accounting business should be calling at that time!
