I had a horrible experience with this company. When I first spoke with **** he said that he was very hands on and easy to get in touch with; provided a personalized experience. Early in the year I got in touch to start the process. I provided everything they needed in a timely manner (in February). In March I contacted to get an update, was told it was being worked on.
