Gave me a very unrushed, low pressure, Patient explanation of diagnostic charge & my options for a phone charging port replacement. Called to inform me of the diagnosis, get my decision, then called again when port replacement was done (approx 1 hour). Offered upsell (screen protection replacement), again no pressure. Will definitely bring electronic devices here again when necessary, since i prefer repairs.
I broke my phone screen and the technician, Nathan did an excellent job with the replacement. He ordered the replacement screen and contacted me once it arrived the following day. I dropped my phone off mid-afternoon and Nathan completed the work in a very respectable amount of time. Their pricing is quite fair. I paid $30 less than their competitors were quoting me. Good customer service goes a long way with me and Nathan has great customer service skills. I definitely recommend this place.
