Got to the store at 445pm, and knocked because they had just locked the door. They say they are open until 5pm, i saw the guy just walk in but even though it wasnt 5pm they ignored me. Closing 15 minutes early is ridiculous especially when you have a customer at the door. Thats bad business. DONT WORRY I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE. IF YOUR HOURS SAY YOU CLOSE AT 5PM, CLOSE AT 5PM NOT 445PM. THANKS FOR MAKING ME WASTE GAS MONEY. GOOD THING WOODVILLE SURPLUS STICKS TO THEIR HOURS
Excellent selection of products and over-the-top customer service. I made a product inquiry and D.R. Ebel’s sales manager (Brian) followed up by phone to provide options and suggestions. When I made a decision (via a text message) the products were overnighted to my house. Prices, equipment, and customer service were all amazing; They will have my business going forward!
