Muy mala experiencia lamentablemente me vendieron un colchón por nuevo y en realidad lo tenían de exhibición en la tienda lo vi me gustó y ese mismo me enviaron cuando llegó tuve dudas dado que el colchón lo envolvieron en una bolsa con tape luego cruce por la tienda y vi que no lo tenían ya y hay confirme que fue el mismo que me dieron cuando comuniqué mi duda me dijeron que no me lo podían devolver porque ya habían pasado varios días y aparte que no tenían más del mismo que ese era el último hay lo confirme aún más.
