Had a flat & called them. It was Sunday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. Luis answered. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, etc. They fix flats, or at least put on a spare tire. Many companies do NOT do that. I saved them in my phone. Thanks, guys!
Luis with D&M Towing was attentive, communicative and efficient! Not only did he have the best prices, but he was friendly and accommodating. He showed up on time, in the rain and took care with my vehicle, dropped it off at the dealership for me and even sent me pictures of my car in the dealerships parking lot. They have gained a reoccurring customer, and I would highly recommend D&M Towing to all my friends and family. I couldnt thank Luis and D&M Towing enough!

D&M Towing was there for me at 6am on a Monday morning when at least a dozen other services wouldn’t pick up the phone or, if they did, be bothered to get out of bed for another 2 hours. D&M towed and repaired my vehicle with exceptional care, haste, and professionalism. They were able to adapt and accommodate around my schedule with ease. So I was stranded just south of exit 240 on NB I75, a tow warning sticker was already on the vehicle I was having a horrible 24 hours. Being that I was so close to 240. either someone had to come from the North and go down to 229 to around or someone had to come north from 229. One of those days when everything could go wrong did go wrong. I was irritated and in a panic.
