Best service and prices hands down. You will not find a friendlier furniture store in the Woodstock area.
If I could give 10 stars I would. They were kind, courteous, informative, and just generally great people to deal with. Very helpful placing our new deck furniture on the deck and making sure we liked its placement.
I ordered 2 velvet chairs from DM Furniture in November 2024 - they sent me the wrong legs to the chairs being unable to assemble them - twice ! I requested a refund & to send back the chairs. For almost 3 months of back & forth conversation requesting a return label to ship the chairs back after Cathy stated she would send the label & never did! Now I am stuck with chairs I cannot even use & out $250 ! Horrible customer service with empty promises! Do not buy from them!
After looking at multiple locations for 2 quality queen, headboards, the guys here helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Came in from the warehouse exactly when they said, and they look great. Definitely a great place to shop and great customer service
