HORRIBLE, she messed up on a certain tax form and I ended up losing my money cause of them, once I confronted her she got upset & caught an attitude proceeded to not want to help me fix the problem that SHE caused, it ended up costin me. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. She messed up 3 times.
