Recently visited. It was nice and clean but didn’t have much as the aubrey store… the guy at the counter was very short and sorta rude. We then waited out back for someone to help load straw and no one ever showed up… we did it ourselves and no one ever checked it out. Overall I am giving the stars ONLY for cleanliness… we won’t be back. The people at aubrey location are amazing , helpful, and friendly!
I’ve done business here multiple times, the service has been good until today. Had my propane tanks filled by an individual with ZERO customer service skills. Didn’t acknowledge not thank me.
I brought them a mower deck that needed repair. I supplied model and serial number of mower. They said they would get back to me in two weeks. Never called. I called them after 3weeks. “We are still looking up numbers.” No thank you. I picked up and will go elsewhere.
