Love working here! Friendly and helpful people when you're first getting started and great camaraderie company-wide, including with our owner/CEO. Also, great pay. If you want a specific job like the previous poster, it may not be available at the time you apply, but I started in a department that was good (but not great for my skillset). Then four months later, I applied for and got promoted within the company to a web development position that was a much better fit. I think the previous poster is just ranting...
Applied for a programmers position, called the next day to set up an interview. When I asked if it was for programmer I was told "We have many positions, we can interview and see what fits". I let them know I was only interested in programming and they then canceled my interview stating that they had no programming jobs. Not sure that this is illegal but it feels unethical to me, and not happy to be contacted for something other than the position I applied for. Not recommended.
