Went to a sale and they were selling items before the sale even started. So much for waiting in line hours before sale. I was 2nd in line and when I got in looking for the item the lady said someone had already bought the item over the phone right before the sale started so it wasn't pulled from the sale. Updating review to owners response; This is what we were told by your staff working the sale as soon as we got into the sale.
Prices are high even on half off day. Staff rude. If you want it sold and liquidated, this is not the company because people were walking away left and right leaving their items behind.
Staff working the sale was extremely rude. We ended up leaving the stuff we were going to purchase behind and left.
Prices for items were double to triple what other companies would list them at. I wonder if they are even trying to sell things or just doing a "clean out" after the sale and reselling the items themselves later? It begs the question
