Zero starts.. paid Matt to do my taxes .he did not do my taxes right refused to fix it. I called irs and this market place he stated they do not have me or my son on this plan . I never have called last year at all . They even said we are not clients with them. So instead of doing the right thing and fix a simple error on his part. Nope he took my 100 bucks. Zero stars. Didn’t do my moms taxes, after the son took over his Dad’s business it went to crap. She owed quite a bit of money and paid for a service that wasn’t done and neglected. Once she received letters from the IRS, she called and tried to contact and this company avoided contact with her. Reported to the BBB, and from the looks of the latest reviews this place has gone downhill. Highly don’t recommend tax services. Careless, and untrustworthy.

If I could give this zero stars I would, have used this business for many years! His father was an outstanding honest man. Matt said he had filed my taxes as well as my daughters. We paid for our service that was not received. Just received a letter from the IRS, my daughter did as well! Now what Matt! Get prepared to pay the IRS for us! Why should we? Dishonest is an under statement. I would think you would call and make this right..... to be continued.

Ive went to joe for years when he was on junngermann loved his dad then matt took over moved to winfield thought he was a friend sent lots of people to his dad he sopposeably filed my taxes havent heard a thing told lisa he filed them have called n called n called same BS run around doesnt call back ever seen him 3 times and that was driving out there that is not a way to treat someone who brought his family a ton of business i text him yesterday asking to let me know i can go somewhere else I like matt as a person but if yo... read more

I paid Matt to file my 2019 taxes back in March and he keeps telling me he has filed them but nothing shows on the IRS website. He told me he mailed my taxes to me 3 weeks ago but I still haven't received them and now when I call him he doesn't answer my calls. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else and save yourself the headache and hassle.
