If I can leave a 0 star . I will give this company. I was waiting and waiting. No one answered the phone . No one call back . Even they cancelled. No one let me know . It is the worst company.
Absolutely terrible experience. Waited over 2.5 hours for a tow, only to have the service canceled without warning. No communication, no accountability. Completely unreliable and a total waste of time. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Do NOT count on them if you’re in a bind.
