Terrible bus driver cut me off on the highway today DSW C87

Great company clean buses great staff
Unreliable. I booked 3 buses to take us to a conference in Vail and they canceled these 3 buses ONE HOUR prior to scheduled departure. There was unfavorable weather but 25 of the 26 schools made it to the conference... except for us. ALL the other bus companies made it to the conference just fine. I sent them pictures of clear pavement on I-70 but they said they were scared for their drivers. Yet, the day prior when weather did look iffy, they threatened US to keep the $11,000 if WE canceled. Unfortunately had to ride one of their busses from Denver to grand junction Colorado because of a train accident.....the driver is all over the road and on top of that they use recapped tires.....I'd expect that if they were hauling freight, not to safe in my opinion.....disgusting dirty bathroom and seat pockets......
