BEWARE: Do not get your taxes completed here. Theresa (Teri) claimed my deceased grandfathers taxes were completed and disappeared for 6 weeks completely ghosting us, only to return and inform us that the taxes were not completed. We ended up owing money on top of a penalty because of her lack of attentiveness. She then, after lying to us and ghosting us, handed us her very large bill with an insultingly low discount for her errors. Beware. I Would never recommend Teri or DC Financial to anyone. Two big problems are no follow through and no communication. We were looking for a new Tax office and this was close to home with good reviews so I took a chance. We have a normal standard return with the exception of a small K1. The K1 arrived on April 11th. I called and emailed numerous times to let Teri know we have it as she told me that was all she was waiting for to complete my return.
