Czarniecki and Company have been an incredible asset to my businesses. I really feel Tom understands my business and and takes the time to get to know my situation. Tom can be harder to get a hold of sometimes but he or his staff have never not got back to me. I appreciate his understanding of advanced tax needs and always appreciate the efforts of THE firm. We've been with this company when Tom's dad was still there, it was great for years, but since 2020 the service has gone down. They don't return emails or phone calls unless you keep bugging them. We started an Airbnb in Missouri and asked them if they could file the taxes for that, they said yes they could, but then filed the wrong paperwork, they corrected it but on the paperwork to the IRS they blamed us for not knowing which paper to send in?
