We've been with this company when Tom's dad was still there, it was great for years, but since 2020 the service has gone down. They don't return emails or phone calls unless you keep bugging them. We started an Airbnb in Missouri and asked them if they could file the taxes for that, they said yes they could, but then filed the wrong paperwork, they corrected it but on the paperwork to the IRS they blamed us for not knowing which paper to send in? Tom was our CPA for probably a decade. We stuck in there with him, even when things weren’t going in well in his life or business, despite the delays or bad posts about him. Well, we recently received a letter in the mail from him saying he could no longer be our CPA. No explanation why, and it even lacked his signature even though there was plenty of space for one.
