Zero stars!! Nitzi, or whatever her name is, family law paralegal, was not friendly nor understanding during my phone call to inquire about information. Was very short with me having only Fridays available to schedule a consult. Single mother that works... If they lack empathy during the first call for info, I don't even want to imagine how I'd be treated later. How unprofessional.
