I feel lucky to have found Cyrus and his firm to help me (and hopefully many others in the future) to have "Righted a wrong" done to me and my service dog. After a long flight and ariving at a known St Louis Airport hotel with a confirmed reservation I was told "Sorry we dont have a room for you with a dog". Despite being a travel agent, calling the hotel the night before to reconfirm and make sure they knew I was a paraplegic/incomplete quad as a full time wheelchair user with a trained service animal I was DENIED service. ... read more
