I had a great experience! Very intelligent and thoughtful employees and management! I recommend using this credit union for all your banking needs! My wife has been banking here for 20-plus years.
One star, because zero star is not an option. Centerville location, inside Walmart. The manager is so unkind, unfriendly completely oblivious to still a pandemic and it's variants going on. I am 100% shopping around to bring my accounts to another credit union and /or bank. Do not open new account at Cyprus. Gross people.
Terrible service unproffersional, rude, harassing. Will never do bussiness with them again
