Not very helpful at all! They constantly change their policies, and some tellers don't even understand them. And the man-boy loitering at the counter chichatting with the teller is very annoying!!
Tried to pay my rent through the app that my landlord gave me (which has worked for 5 months until now), so i needed to get a cashiers check. I dont remember her name, but it was busy and she spotted me waiting and helped me get that cashiers check in less than 15 min it was at the Tooele branch
The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and took care of me! Thank you!
I'm a new member. I have not been with the credit union very long. I stopped by this location to resolve an issue and I was very pleased with the service that I received.
