This credit union is great unless Tooele is your branch. Today, not for the first time, I had an extremely frustrating experience. Today when I approached the counter two employees were chatting and gossiping at the computer. When I asked for help I was referred to the ATM, which wasn't a good option for me for multiple reasons. Rather than explain their computer was booting up and to wait or go to the back to pull funds they continued to argue for me to use the live teller feature rather than do their job. I took my daughter here to open a new account with the manager of this branch. After talking with the manager she asked some a question if I had ever changed my login info and not even thinking about it I had said no I hadn’t it was how she had set it up because this is the same branch I used to setup my account. The next day I had multiple login attempts the minute after the branch closed for the day, and my daughter had multiple login attempts on her new account too. This was about a year ago. Cyprus Credit Union inside the Tooele Walmart has always provided good customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. My biggest complaint is the location itself. The space is extremely limited. You're competing for parking at Wal-Mart. It honestly feels like banking inside a closet, and there is very little privacy or room for customers. Tooele has grown enough to support a full-service branch. I'd love to see Cyprus build an actual standalone branch with more space and a drive-thru. The people are grea... read more
Refuses to actually help you. Just wants you to go to the live teller. I had issues with that that's why I went to a person.
Very professional, knowledgeable...always helped me when I needed it!
