One star, because zero star is not an option. Centerville location, inside Walmart. The manager is so unkind, unfriendly completely oblivious to still a pandemic and it's variants going on. I am 100% shopping around to bring my accounts to another credit union and /or bank. Do not open new account at Cyprus. Gross people.
I'm giving this credit union 1 star minus 1 star because it doesn't deserve any. Terrible union "Your future is our future". Do not do any business with this credit union. Would rather have a higher interest rate than to do any more business with them. One strike your out kind of company. You will regret it.
My issue is as follows. Over 9 years ago I declared bankruptcy with little choice of my own in the matter. I had co-signed for a car with my ex thru Cyprus Credit union. He then declared bankruptcy and the car was taken. Having no car and Cyprus comming back at me for the money with a son to raise on my own, I had little choice.
