The staff treat the residents there terribly. Lots of the staff, mainly cleaners, steal from my family member there ALL THE TIME. Even though management and police are aware, and I have proof, nothing has been done and never will be. i do NOT recommend this place to anyone, very disrespectful, rude, and dishonest staff. Can’t wait to get my family member out of there to somewhere where they actually care about others.

We took my dad to tour the facility. It was a wonderful experience. My Dad was very apprehensive at first but Jamie was a gem, easing my Dad's apprehension. She made my Dad, my wife and myself feel at home and very welcome.
My mother was interviewed for a possible spot in this establishment. She said the experience was humiliating and degrading. Sad that the staff don't now how to treat seniors with patience and respect.
